Children, K-4, learn basic appreciation of gardening, floral design and nature. At each meeting, they participate in a project in one or more of these areas. Monthly meetings are held from October through May. Many projects are community oriented.

Fall

Decorate pumpkins, learn about planting fall bulbs, and visit The Great Swamp Outdoor Education Center.

Winter

Decorate a Christmas tree for the Harding Township School, learn about the native birds of New Jersey, and create a pinecone craft to present to a local nursing home.

Spring

Plant spring flowers at the Harding Township School, visit the Tunis-Ellicks Parlor Garden and the Sarah D. Ortman Park, march in the Harding Township Memorial Day Parade.
